TAAG calls for donation to the "Xiaodong Yuan Memorial Fund" - we are setting up a separate account for it (merging any fund designated for the rescue fund into it). TAAG is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable non-profit organization and our annual filing is done by an external CPA on a pro bono basis. Please consult your CPA and company human resource department regarding possibile tax benefit and matching fund.

We appreciate your kindness. In honor of Xiaodong, the fund will be used for the purposes of providing grant for 1) the search and rescue mission's expenses in missing persons cases, 2) travel expenses related to the family members of the missing persons during the search, 3) the relief of financial distress by the missing persons' families, and 4) the missing persons' descendants' education. The bylaws of our non-profit organization will govern over the grant processing by the board of directors.
